Nope, I'm not saying anything close to that. It's only not counted for the networks that use DAI and WHEN they use DAI. ESPN doesn't use DAI at all and its YTTV viewing gets counted. TNT uses DAI a little (and in way, way fewer homes than have YTTV) and maybe not at all for things like NBA games.
